Emil is the founder and owner of Copenhagen Hotel Partners. He has been working in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years and has specialized in hotel real estate investments in the last 10 years.

Prior to founding Copenhagen Hotel Partners, Emil was part of the leading Nordic hotel real-estate consulting firm- Nordic Hotel Consulting (NHC), where he played an instrumental role as a partner. At NHC, he assisted a multitude of real-estate investors and developers within the Nordic region. In addition to facilitating large operator searches and investment advisory, Emil also built up the internal valuation department to serve large hotel owners and institutional capital.

Emil is MRICS certified and has a complex academic background from Finance and Hospitality. Most recently he graduated his Master of Science (Cand Merc, MSc.) in Economics and Business Administration, with finance specialization from Aarhus University in Denmark. Before that he graduated his bachelor’s degree in international hospitality management from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) in Switzerland.
During his studies, Emil worked with a hotel interior design and FF&E provider in Miami. He also has extensive hands-on hospitality experience from working in hotels and restaurants both in Denmark and the UK.
